These embellished party crackers, in festive tones of red, green and gold, feature crepe paper details and ruffled ends with sumptuous velvet bows. Each is topped with a beautifully detailed design inspired by chic Christmas tree ornaments, creating a luxurious look with a fairytale feel. Inside each is a gold foil paper crown, a joke and a metal keyring, perfect as a keepsake to remember this special occasion. Founded in 1989, the John Derian Company is celebrated for its handcrafted decoupage, created by artisans in its New York City studios.
